We're sorry to see you go. You can request deletion of your RewardSmart account and all associated data by following the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: From the App

1. Open the RewardSmart app
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
4. Confirm your decision when prompted
5. Your account and data will be scheduled for deletion

Option 2: Via Email

1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
3. Include the email address associated with your RewardSmart account
4. We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email

What Data Is Deleted

Submitted deals & reviews	Anonymized (content retained, author removed)	Within 7 days
Support chat history	Permanently deleted	Within 30 days
Anonymized analytics	Retained (cannot be linked to you)	N/A
Subscription records	Retained for legal/tax compliance	Up to 7 years

What Happens After Deletion

• You will be immediately signed out of all devices
• You will no longer be able to sign in with your previous credentials
• Any active Elite subscription will NOT be automatically cancelled — you must cancel it separately via Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings
• If you create a new account later with the same email, it will be a fresh account with no previous data
